Whether you are moving a small one person office or the entire floor of an office tower, we are the Edmonton movers with the expertise, the knowledge, the planning ability and excellent staff to make your move as stress free as possible.  Moving an office is very different from moving a household and we have a dedicated office moving division who do nothing else, but move offices – and we love it!

We will move your office on time, on budget on a schedule that suits you – evenings, weekends, after hours – you name the time and we'll be there.

Preparing your quote
  • We will arrange a convenient time to meet with you and your staff to view what needs to move.
  • Ideally you complete our online form to help us with some background info.
  • We will listen to your major concerns about relocating and any particular obstacles that you feel may be important to discuss.
  • We do a walk through to assess exactly what will be moving and to determine a moving plan of action.
  • During our walk through, we will identify any equipment that may require special handling or service prior to the move commencing.  
  • Should you wish to have your office contents packed, we will be pleased to offer advise and pricing to help you.
  • We will return your estimate of cost with a complete list of moving instructions so that you have all of the information to insure nothing has been left out.

Organizing packing and loading
  • Once you have decided that you would like us to take care of your office relocation, our commercial coordinator will arrange a convenient time to meet with you for a planning meeting.  At this time, he will address any concerns you have, identify what is most important to you, provide moving kits with labels and explain how he will see your move through from beginning to end.
  • If you are packing your office contents yourself, we will be pleased to offer boxes or moving bins to assist you.


Organizing departure and arrival
  • Upon confirming a moving date, we are able to determine a guaranteed moving plan should your move take more than one day to complete
  • We have a large moving team of skilled movers available for any size move.  We may be able to complete a move in one day that many other companies may not.    




Arrival and unpacking
  • We will insure that all of your office furniture has been set up and placed exactly where you need it to go.  We will send a supervisor in after the main move has been completed to “fine tune” your move to perfection.
  • If you are unpacking the moving bins or boxes yourself, we will come in after you are unpacked to take the moving bins or boxes away.


Valuating your office furniture and equipment

  • We provide “Released Rate Valuation” coverage on every move at no extra charge.  Should you wish to purchase “Full Replacement Valuation” we have a flexible option plan to accommodate whatever you require - just ask your moving consultant
