I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the packers and movers you sent on June 24 and 25. 

All the team was exceptional.   

There were other tenants from the building who watched and commented on how courteous and respectful the team was of the tenants and the building itself.  The comment was made how much the tenants appreciated that the movers did not leave the key in the elevator all day as they moved, which would have left it unavailable for them to access, the team had removed the key each time they left the empty elevator.  Everyone was impressed with their efficiency, the care they took, and their excellent customer service. 

I hope you can pass this message on to them.
