Thank you for your letter reminding me to write to you for your company’s excellent service for our move. Both our relocation from Edmonton to Toronto and our son’s move from Edmonton to Vancouver.

As you may recall, we had researched quite extensively for a moving company and by the time we met you, we had basically narrowed our search down to two companies. What impressed both my husband and myself was the fact that you came out in person (following all the COVID protocols) and ultimately when you gave the estimate, we felt that you were knowledgeable about the weight, and the cost.

We were very impressed with the packers (although they did accidentally pack up two glass shelves from the china cabinet that were NOT to be sent to Toronto!)- their careful packing- everything reached us, both in Toronto and Vancouver in perfect condition. We were so worried about our exotic and delicate lamps and other pieces of art but it was all perfectly transported.

As for those two glass shelves, your Claims Department has been very supportive in helping us replace them in Edmonton.

So all in all, it has been a wonderful experience dealing both with you in person, your office staff Karla and Leslie and of course the packers and the movers.

We will definitely recommend your company to anyone we know who is considering a relocation.
