Dear Karla:

The movers came on Saturday as promised.  In fact they were 30 minutes earlier than noon which was fine!

The two movers that came were called Karan and Ian.  They did a very good job of moving my stuff into the apartment.  They were efficient, careful and friendly.

This is the second time that I have used your services and would highly recommend you company to others.  In fact I already have.
